Centrinex has part-time shift options for customer service agents, usually 4-hour shifts between the hours of 10:30 am and 6:00 pm, depending on the client for which you take or make calls.

    What About Full-Time Call Center Positions?

If your circumstances change, for example your kids move on to middle or high school and you find your days open, you take night classes, or you’re simple wanting a 40-hour work week, you can always go full time with our call center. Full-time agents enjoy:

    • Pay rate starting at $13.50 – $16.50 per hour based on experience; shift differential; bilingual differential

    What Do Centrinex’s Part-Time Customer Service Representatives Do?
    Centrinex isn’t your typical call center. Our clients are in banking, financial services and other industries, such as healthcare, transportation and government. They hire Centrinex to be their call center, handling their inbound and outbound calls.

    What does “inbound and outbound calls” mean? Inbound calls are when people call in because they need help or information with their accounts. Outbound calls are when our call center representatives call a customer to provide help or information that the customer has specifically requested. That means the people our agents talk to want help or information. No cold calling and trying to sell things to strangers.


    Is Being a Centrinex Call Center Agent Hard?
    No. Typically, you work for an assigned Centrinex client. From your first training session through your first time taking or making calls on your own, our team is always right there with you.

    During training, you’re learning and working with others, plus some of our trainers started out in the same position you’ll be filling. Once you’re working as a call center representative, your supervisor is always available to answer your questions and offer support.
