You could be 30 to 45 days away from a great career! Since nobody likes surprises when it comes to a new job, we spelled out what you can expect during the training process for your Kansas City call center job at Centrinex. More importantly, you’ll see how our trainers, managers and supervisors set you up for success from day 1.
Working in a new company and learning the position’s expectations doesn’t have to be stressful. Whatever the struggle, it’s just a matter of asking questions and talking to your trainers and managers. They are here to help you succeed and grow with Centrinex.
Week One
We’ll cover company policies and training information, and it is a lot of information to take in. Don’t worry. You will catch on. Remember, the hundreds of people around you in our call center have made it through the same training, and you can, too.
Week Two
Now that you’ve successfully completed your first week, it’s time to spread your wings. You may be excited to move from observing to completing a customer call on your own. If not, don’t worry. You have our management support staff to continue coaching you to a point where you’re comfortable and successful.
Week Three
Independence and confidence are the theme of your third week. You’re working more on your own, continuing to learn more as you run into new situations on customer calls. Everyone makes mistakes, and you might, too. But if you learn from them and don’t repeat them, they are a positive aspect of your continued training.
Week Four
You’re taking customer calls without as much guidance, and your supervisor or trainer is always available to help with a question or problem. You will find that you are working much faster and confidently. You’re starting to close in on management goals and expectations. You might even find that you are able to help other newly hired employees as they start their first week of training at Centrinex.
